Our Journey

Our journey began in 1985, when Wahid Ali, lovingly known as Lala, started this business from a small roadside setup in Baluganj, Agra. He lost his own father at a very young age, but never lost hope. With nothing but determination and his bare hands, he built Lala Motors from scratch — one nut and bolt at a time.

What made Lala ji special was his unmatched instinct. He could tell you what was wrong with a bike just by listening to its sound or gently touching the engine. He didn’t need machines — he was the machine. His hands were trained by life, and his heart by experience.

Over nearly four decades, he trained and mentored hundreds of workers — not just teaching them how to repair bikes, but how to respect every rider who walks into our shop. Today, every staff member at Lala Motors is a product of his wisdom, carrying forward the same honesty, skills, and dedication.

On October 4th, 2023, the world lost a great mechanic, and I — Abdul Hannan — lost my father.

As a Computer Science Engineer and his proud son, I made a promise:

I stepped in with a vision — to combine my father’s legacy with modern technology.
